I've gotten
15cb5bf14008e4f5 this code, I play on origin, It says its already open so i can't do anything like repair the game or update it! It's not even open on my desktop, PLEASE HELP!!

@fairyofwaves Please move the Mods folder to the desktop, delete localthumbcache.package, and see whether the game opens.
I did that and it worked fine then when i put them back my game won’t open. I have enough storage so I don’t think that’s a problem. If I leave the game alone for a few days will it go back to normal?
I had a error startup configuration, basically I amended my graphics rules in the main folder for SSAO and Sim Texture, then copied the file to the Config folder override folder, its always worked until last patch update, been thinking it was cc related it's not, I'm not saying this is your problem but try and take the config file out of your override folder if you have one and see if it starts, mine did straight away I just left the config in the main game bin. I apologize about my english it is not my native language.
@fairyofwaves If your game works without mods but doesn't work with them, then the issue is one or more of your mods. The July patch broke a lot of mods, maybe most of them, so this isn't a surprise. You'll need to update your mods or remove the broken ones for now.
And no, things won't go back to normal if you just wait a few days.
All of my mods are up to date. I was able to play with the patch even before the emergency patch. I even took out my script mods and recently downloaded cc and my game still would not open.
I also ran a dxdiag just in case.
