The sims four won't stop loading

My game is stuck in load mode and has been like that for hours I can exit out but it will stop when I try to re open it, and eventually the game crashes

This happend to me to when I went back from edit sim. I don't have any mods or custom content. I can't close or stop the game and I can't shut down my computer

    Press the power button for 4 seconds. You PC will then turn off.
