Toddler wont sleep in its bed

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all expansion packs catsanddogs, ecolifestyle, cityliving, university, getfamous, gettogether, islandliving, seasons, snowyescape, gettowork, dineout , jungleadventure, parenthood, realmofmagic, strangerville, vampires, laundryday ,kidsroomstuff, tinyliving , vintageglamour , paranormalstuffpack, moschino stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? every time i ask a toddler to sleep in its own bed, toddler crawls up the bed, sits down and shows nottification that cannot get in bed as in get under the sheets, even if there is no objects around that would be causing the issue. also if i ask a parent to put a toddler to bed, the same issue. toddler cannot sleep. i have this issue for a year now.
What happens when the bug occurs? toddler cannot sleep in its own bed.
What do you expect to see? toddler being able to sleep in its own bed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    @mildalape Did you try selling the bed and getting a new one ? Do you have this issue in multiple households or just one specific ?

    Hi there! No it happens in every single household And with every todler bed. Even if i would just Place a bed on an empty lot, my toddler would still show the sign that cant get under the sheets. I really dont understand why.. ☹️ It can only nap on Top of the bed but never under the sheets in action of “sleep”

    Yes I tried game repair several times. Also the game itself is up to date. So I really dont know what is the cause of it. So strange. Im wondering if theres more people that have this issue..

    @mildalape I tested your save and have no issues at all. Even tried on your pack combination.

    Did you do a folder rename yet ?

    That is really odd :/ what exactly you mean by folder rename ? Which folder ? Sorry I’m confused.

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
