Transfer DLC from EA app to Steam

I'm trying to transfer my dlc from EA app to steam but It's not recongizing my dlc from EA. I can't play sims 4 on EA app anymore because I have the standard version. Im really frustarted and don't w...

erweg82zk66s  I asked because you seemed to have replied to someone with the disk space error.  So is your issue that your DLC is installed but won't load, or is it not installed at all?  Do you own the missing DLC through Steam or the EA App?

    Sorry I was half asleep when I wrote that but I moved it to my sd card which only has Sims 3 files in it. It's all thru EA app. It's installed. I can play the game with the DLCs but I want to move the DLCs only to play thru steam instead of EA app. But steam doesn't pick up the DLCs
