Does this only happen on this save ?Does it matter which family you travel with/ lot you travel too ?Have you tried repairing your game and deleting your cache files ?Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?To gather a DxDiag on your computer, please follow the steps here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/You can attach the txt file to your post directly.
EDIT: NVM. Looks like that household you wanna travel to is bugged. Can you try another household if that works. Is that Sim on that lot supposed to be a ghost or living ?
EDIT EDIT: The household doesn't seem to have a name so I think this is from a legacy bug that was fixed. Just evict the household and delete him (the one you wanna travel to). Should be fine afterwards.

this household is for sure in some way broken. I've made it up to be working by entering building mode on this location and everything started automagically working.
Possibly traveling/building mode are working differently in manner of converting old locations between versions.
In case any EA dev wondering why is that working that way - I'm open for further questions. 🙂

There was a bug a while ago that created those but the bug has been fixed. Exiting bugged households have not been fixed though and should to be deleted manually to prevent further corruption.

after entering/leaving building mode this household has been fixed.
I didn't need to remove it.
