Travelling to a lot deletes it.
To clarify, I have no mods installed, and I have repaired my game 2 times, however this issue persists and makes the game unplayable.

Hiya, I've attempted the clean folder approach and reached step 8. I found out the error still persists after creating a new generated sims4 folder and was asked to "report back in the thread where you were asked to do this". Let me know if there is anything else I can do on my end. Thank you for helping!
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
- Are you using memory boost ?
- Are you playing on DX9 or DX11 ?
- Is the lot the only thing that disappears or can you also not save any progress ?
