UI disappears after taking pics of the artist at the festival

Hi Did the update, mods/CC all updated and game running fine, played for the last few hours. First time my played sims had gone to the festival, after the 2nd act, I took photos of the act and then ...

I went back into game and it was fine after the festival.

After about 20 minutes of gameplay the UI started disappearing, so I went to manage worlds and back into the lot. the buffs were blue squares and I couldn't click on the Sim thumbnails nor either of the sims. I've attached the screenshots I took

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply, I had done all this to remove a mod that was no longer working so all of these things had been done before this error occurred.
