Unable to install Home Chef Hustle After Purchase
I was able to buy it, but it's greyed out in my game, and I can't find where to download it!

If your purchase has completed according to your Order History, please run the EA Error Reporter and share the report ID in this thread so we can investigate further.
@coaimhe The order history page not loading for some accounts is being investigated. Please just provide the EA Error ID via the link above in your case.
- @coaimhe Yes the ea app. Go to Manage next to the play button. Click on it and go to manage add-ons. It should be there.
I cant I open the error reporter, and go down to where it tells me to click, to open a case and it takes me to a white page that says
502 Bad Gateway nginx I did its a blank rectangle, i am assuming it will magically appear like it did for others, i have no problem being patient and waiting, the more pressing issue is the fact that it double billed me and trying to figure out a way to get that sorted
actually it just started downloading, now just need to get the double charge sorted
Hello, I cannot seem to download the Sims 4 Chefs Hustle pack. I've purchased all sims 4 packs and have not encountered issues in the past, with this stuff pack however it will not download. I've uninstalled the entire collection, repaired the game, verified files, uninstalled EA app, reinstalled... Nothing works. I've purchased this and can't even play. My computer specs are not an issue. I've even cleared cache on the EA app as well with no luck... Anyone know anything i can try? I completely ran out of options. I also do not have any mods installed.

I am having the same issue. How do we fix this? I purchased it hours ago and its in my purchase history but the game won't download.
Having the same issue. Ive uninstalled the game, verified files, cleared EA cache, nothing works.
