Shadowlori1991 Okay, the second location is fine and shouldn't cause any issues. Please check Bitdefender for any recent actions involving Sims 4 (TS4_x64, TS4_DX9_x64, TS4_x64_fpb) or the EA App (EADesktop.exe), and set the relevant exceptions if necessary. It's possible for an antivirus to flag a game or other app after allowing it if the program updates to work slightly differently.
Please test with your Mods folder removed, at least for now.
If that's not the issue, try playing with your computer offline. You can sign into the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
