    Do you have any issues with any recently installed games, or the CAS demo? Can you try restarting Origin as an administrator, then run the repair function on TS4 from within the My Games page?

starting Origin in Admin mode seemed to work....   odd that no other title required this....   anyways  thanks for the assist!
