I've tried that as well as deleting cache files and nothing has worked. DxDiag is attached

@MrsAlieB Please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the Nvidia graphics driver, as described here:
But instead of using the newest driver, try one from December or January. You can get older drivers here:

@MrsAlieB What antivirus do you use, if any, and does it help to disable the program before playing? As long as you don't do anything else at the same time, your computer should be safe.

I just use Windows Security - never been an issue before but I did go in and make sure EA & Sims were allowed on the firewall
