I installed my game via Origin.
Here's my dxdiag 🙂
Your graphics driver is more than 4 years old. Please visit nvidia.com to upgrade. Then test the game.

It helped out a bit, actually. My computer isn't crashing anymore and that black background isn't there so thanks a lot! But now the game crashes at the same spot all the time, when loading to cas and when entering the menu to choose a world. I deleted my files since maybe they might be corrupt but i didn't help.

@steamycoffe When you say you deleted your files, do you mean the Sims 4 folder in Documents\Electronic Arts? If not, please move that folder to the desktop and test the game. You don't need to delete the folder or its contents; moving it will prevent the game from loading that data.
If that doesn't help, please clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
and repair the game: open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. Then try to play again.
If you get another crash, please post a new dxdiag.

I deleted my saved file, sorry if I wasn't clear with that. But I attempted everything you told me to do: I moved my folder to my desktop, tested the game and it crashed. Then I tried removing the Origin's cache and repairing the game and I could play for a while, I even made a family and all but then, soon after I entered the lot with my family, the game crashed again. I repaired the game again (idk, just in case) but it crashed again ;_;
So here's my new dxdiag
