Unlockable items
The new update got rid of all the items unlocked in the log-in event from a few months ago. Is it just my PC or did it happen to anyone else?

Sofia-TM-2001 The data about unlocked items is stored in UserSetting.ini. Did you delete this file, or refresh the Sims 4 folder it's in? If so, that would explain why the content disappeared. Additionally, if OneDrive is syncing the contents of Documents, it could have replaced the file with an older version, or uploaded the newer file and removed it from local storage.
Are you missing any other user content: saves, Tray files, mods? Or is the missing unlocked content the only problem here?
Edit: The accountDataDB.package may also be involved; I haven't tested myself.
It happened to me. I upgraded for a gaming PC after some time without a PC and since reinstalling the items are gone.
They say I should have backed up my documents folder before having my old hard drive unexpectedly busted... 🙄
I say EA should have backed up my items on my account.
