VC++-runtime redistributable packacge was not installed succesfully.

So I just bought the sims 4 on origin and when I was installing the message "VC++-runtime redistributable packacge was not installed succesfully. Setup cannot continue." popped up. I tried googling ...

    Sims4 file msvcp.dll - run the microsoft 2013 x86

    Sims 4 VC++ 1603 error while trying to install
    1. Go to Windows Update
    2. Click Installed Updates
    3. Find Update KB2918614 in the list and uninstall it.
    4. Restart your computer.

This didn't work for me, i have the same issue but i don't have the KB2918614 update on my pc to uninstall. Help please
