fjdklsj Does this happen the whole time you're playing, or just at certain times? It's normal to see high usage during loading screens and the occasional spike elsewhere, but you're right, the CPU shouldn't be pegged at 100% the whole time. Are you sure Sims 4 is the only contributor to the problem? It's also possible that other processes are running alongside the game and eating some CPU as well.
For reference, please provide a dxdiag. Hit Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
