Walls jump diagonally outside of lot when trying to build

This issue is still ongoing, but how bad it is seems to vary. This far the Spice District lots by the harbour seems to be the worst. Havr to build max 2 wall pieces at a time or it throws the walls off diagonally in all random directions. It really makes building almost impossible. Anything else I could try as a fix?

@Bnibuilds Just spitballing here, but does changing from full screen to windowed full screen or windowed change anything? And changing the screen resolution?
