where is the "redeem code" from the games drop down?
My Sims 4 instructions states to go the download page, login, click on games menu and select "redeem code".
Redeem code is not a listed option.
My attempts to "live chat" never connect.

Do you have Origin downloaded?
If so you can redeem a code by choosing that option in the 'Games' menu at the top menu in Origin.
