Which laptop is best for SIMS 4 game

i got sensory issues so 

I dont want it to be loud

i want a backlit keyboard thats not red that hurts my eyes

ive been trying for months to save for Asus rog 18 but its over 1k and i just cant seem to save that much and the computer im on is getting worse the screen keeps going black and its becoming harder and harder to get it back so im thinking of going with a cheaper laptop cause i worry this one wont last much longer
