shirobya Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
The unsupported video card is unrelated and wouldn't cause any actual problems in-game.
I have been experiencing the same issue as you. My Sims 4 has been giving me the white loading screen since the early June update. Everything I have tried has not been working. My gaming laptop is less than a year old, so I should not be experiencing any game issues yet. Any help related to this issue will be greatly appreciated.
