Why aren't my Sims in the Gallery?

I made at least sixteen households already on The Sims 4 Create A sim Demo but I can't see none of them on the gallery! I downloaded the gallery on a phone and tried to look for the households, but it said that I never uploaded anything. That I should look for some inspiration and stuff like that. The thing is, If you look on my profile, it'll say that I have 16 households up, but they're nowhere to be found. I'd appreciate it if you could help! Thanks 😊

    I'll check next time I open the game.

    EDIT: I can see many Sims on your gallery when I turn on the cc filter.

    Those don't show on the website or the mobile app. Only ingame.

    Can you check the ingame gallery and make sure you enable custom content under the advanced filter ?

    Do they then show up ?

    I'm not sure, I did go to the in-game gallery and included custom content, but the gallery isn't working on my phone right now so I can't check. Do you think that maybe you could try searching my user on there and see if my households pop up please? 😊 I don't mean to be a bother though lol

    I'm asking because say I confirm that I can see them in the gallery, that'd be from my perspective. But if someone else tells me that they can see the households, that'll put me at ease. 😊😓

    Quick question though, is there a specific reason as to why it can only be seen in-game and not on anything else? 😁
