@tylaaxoz These days, this issue is most often caused by an antivirus program blocking or even deleting TS4_x64.exe. It's normally within the game's program files, which, unless you changed the default install location in Origin, will be here:
Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
If the .exe isn't there, a game repair (open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, Repair) should put it back, that is if your antivirus doesn't interfere again. If it's there', or once it's back, it's often enough to set exceptions for Origin.exe and TS4_x64.exe, but if that doesn't help, you may need to change additional settings; which ones depend on the antivirus you use.
If you're not sure your antivirus is the problem, or if you're not getting anywhere with its settings, you can try disabling it temporarily, just to see whether it makes a difference. As long as you don't open anything other than Origin and Sims 4, your computer should be safe.

@xsy9o40to7e3 What antivirus do you use? It may have quarantined the TS4_x64.exe, which is why you're not seeing it. To get the .exe back, repair the game: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon (Origin) or hover over the Sims 4 icon and click the three dots (EA App), and select Repair.
If you have Avast, AVG, or Sophos, you can use this guide to setting the appropriate exceptions:

Otherwise, look for notifications within the program of any recent actions and designate TS4_x64 as safe or excepted. If you need help with your specific antivirus, most programs have online documentation that's at least reasonably good.
