Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 saves/user content disappearing (PC)

updated my game, repaired it, loaded it and I'm only getting the option for new game... over 200+ hours of builds GONE, why does this seem to keep happening to people every time there is an update? How the hell do I get my files back?!
