@BreeJoJo42911 First guess with out seeing your whole system would be no. Minimum 1.8Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo is required. Being a quad core may help but in my opinion not enough. The video system spec is more critical. If you have a video system that doesn't bottle neck the system it may run but how well - can't say.

If you have a dedicated, supported graphics card, it may run the game but, as the game progresses, you are likely to see more and more lag and, have to lower settings to the lowest and, use laptop mode. Smoothly? I would say no but, run, probably.
