Jak pobrać grę TS4 w języku polskim/How to download TS4 in polish language

Gram w grę od wielu lat była kupowana już dawno temu, poprzez platformę origin. Dwa lata temu przeprowadziłam się do UK. W tamtym roku mogłam pobrać grę poprzez EA APP normalnie po polsku, jednak teraz po wymianie komputera i próbie zainstalowania gry wskakuje mi tylko język angielski do wyboru i nie wiem co dalej zrobić. Chciałabym grać w grę po polsku. Kontaktowałam się już z konsultantem i napisali, że usunęli angielska wersję z mojego konta i teraz poprzez włączenie VPN na komputerze będę mogła pobrać grę po polsku jednak to nie działa. Czy jest jakaś szansa na pobranie tej gry po polsku? Z góry dziękuję za pomoc.

I have been playing the game for many years it was bought a long time ago, through the origin platform. Two years ago I moved to the UK. Last year, I was able to download the game through the EA APP normally in Polish, but now after replacing my computer and trying to install the game, only English pops up for me to choose from and I don't know what to do next. I would like to play the game in Polish. I have already contacted the consultant and they said that they have removed the English version from my account and now by activating the VPN on my computer I will be able to download the game in Polish, however this does not work. Is there any chance of downloading the game in Polish? Thank you in advance for your help.
