не могу запустить sims 4 с EA I can't run sims 4 with EA

ребят, нужна помощь. запускаю sims4 в epic games launcher, перекидывает в EA, сам EA уже пишет что нужно восстановить игру. нажав на кнопку "восстановить" пойдёт загрузка, а после неё даже можно будет нажать кнопку "играть", правда после не очень долго загрузки снова выдаст ошибку и попросить восстановить данные и так по кругу
