I purchased in game currency ,but i didnt receive those currency

I purchased in game currency, yesterday 23.10.2014, i didn't receive them, i pay 499 rubles for this simoleons, i contact EA technical support, and they said that i need to contact you. Please help me. i spoke with a lot of people and i want to solve my problem, i have Origin account [edit: email address removed], My order was made from number +7 963 928-06-59. Help me please

    Я так понял, Андрюшка, ты что то купил для игры, но тебе это не пришло? Обычно советуют подождать 24 часа и после этого звонить в тех поддержку по московким номерам.
