I don't know about an entire remake, although that would be a great idea. I loved Sims Medieval, but for its shortcomings, which they tried to correct. I wanted more sandbox play. Be able to direct my King to do his kingly things and then have some time with his family. I have found some outfits in game, that are definitely in that time realm. There is also a great deal of cc out there, items as well as clothing. I like your idea very much. Might make for a terrific expansion pack, when you think of it.
