Can't Download Pirates and Nobles or see game Launcher

I bought Sims Medieval Special edition back in March of 2015, and after having to restore my OS I can no longer download the Pirates and Nobles expansion AND I can no longer see the Launcher without ...

Well, I answered part of my question... to download Pirates and Nobles I "just" had to buy the Deluxe edition... so I had to pay more money for what I bought before. Yay.
