I saw that the 25th Birthday Bundle came with 2 kits but I bought it and did not get either of them, were they removed from the pack?

Oh... that's a shame. I do wish that was clarified more because I was under the impression that it was still available, but ah well. Thank you for your help then!

I have tried to go through EA Help to no avail for my issue, so I'm hoping I'll be able to solve it here.
I had recently bought The Sims 25th Birthday Bundle, which is supposed to include two Sims 4 kits with your purchase: Grunge Revival and Throwback Fit Kit. Both of these kits have never shown up in my EA library. It's not shown in my managed add-ons section either. And if I check the kits on the EA app itself, it doesn't show I own them.
How can I recover these two missing kits?

My sister bought the Sims 2 Legacy Collection on Tuesday the 7th of July on our shared EA account (She uses mine as I mostly bought the games) according to searching there should also have been The grunge revival kit added free to it still when you buy the Sims 2 Legacy Collection. But unlike when I bought the Sims 1 Legacy Collection I got the fitness kit automatically in my game to download, this one still when I clean the cache on the EA app does not show up as downloadable, but say that I have to buy it. I was wondering if there is a bug or if there is something else that makes it not showing properly on the EA app?
I wish they had made that more clear at the time. I never saw anywhere that there was an end date to it. So I decided it was ok to wait. 😔
Geez, that is BS.
So I bought the 25th bundle thinking I would get some extra, I already had everything else on CD.
Well, it is my fault to underestimate the EA greed.
