The easiest way is to open the current version of PowerShell and run the Winget command.
Keep in mind that PowerShell 7.x doesn't necessarily replace your current version, so you'll need to make sure you're in the correct version and then copy and paste the script directly into the PS window. Running the file will likely open the older version.
I believe PowerShell 7.x is just listed as "PowerShell," and the older version is "Windows PowerShell," but that info might be outdated. Regardless, you can search in Windows or look at your list of apps and try each PS version until you find the right one.
