How long have you been playing The Sims (any version) for?

I've been playing since The Sims.I stopped playing for a few years when I could not get the Sims 2 to work. I was in a sulk for many years and refused to even look at the Sims 3.I had the disc for  years. Then one day my grandchild was talking about it. They said they saw a youtuber playing it. I told them I had the sims 3 disc and would download it on my PC for them. I sat watching them play it and I had the urge to play again. I loved it. Only stopped playing it because I could not get it to work
