@Simskrystallen I had sent a link to this thread to the Head CM for the Sims. I know he had the weekend off and is in Texas in the US. I’m sure he’ll reach out to you when he can, but please be patient. He is still probably catching up with things from over the weekend and I can’t give an exact timeframe of when he will respond to you.

We are not in the "Game Changer-program" yet. So that's my goal number two. :-)
- First we need to establish contact with EA again. We lost contact with EA when they shut down EA in Scandinavia.
Now we have waited over 1 week to speak with the "Head Sims Community Manager". So I hope he/she contacts us soon. :-)
@Simskrystallen , as I stated previously, EA Community Managers are mostly based here in the US. Today in the US is President's Day and most business have the day off. The Sims CM has been especially busy with the release of "My Wedding Stories" and has been very busy with dealing with that. He will contact you as soon as he is able to and is aware you wish to speak with him.
