I am very happy to get new skin-tones and to have the graphical issues on existing ones fixed. It's disappointing that it took them so long to address this, but hopefully it won't be too long until we get them. I hope everyone who has been requesting this feels a bit better and will be satisfied when the update comes. :heart:
What saddens me, however, is some of the comments in this thread. Comparing this to things like bigger worlds, bug-fixing or Sims' personalities is extremely distasteful. Things like that would require a full game overhaul and would take years to complete. This is about graphical/design issues that are not “game flaws” but poor/ignorant design decisions. How you can possibly find something to complain about in additional/fixed swatches that you don't have to use but makes many others happy is beyond me.
It's funny that for many who claim to love and support diversity and inclusion when it comes to LGBT+ and other religions/cultures, it just becomes that bit too much when it comes to black players being able to represent themselves.
