I have to say I believe this has been in the works now for some time and the only thing the recent outrage accomplished was to have the team address it sooner than later. I'm thankful for that though.

Nice. I hope we are getting more soft pale tones too, most of them are reddish pink or yellowish. There are many white international cultures who don't have proper skin tones in the game either. If they're going to do it, do it big and do it right so they won't have to do it again. I'm especially glad to hear that they will be fixing the current darker skin tones because those have gone ignored for far too long. I look forward to my Sims looking as smooth and as gorgeous as their paler counterparts. <3

It's been a lot more than those two, they're just more well-known. I have several GC followed on Youtube and pretty much all of them have made a video about this. I have a feeling that they've been coordinating behind the scenes for this and good on them for it. It worked.

I really like that video. I just watched it since it was shared through BobSquad. It actually had me curious to look up my own skin tone and this website actually helped because of makeup.

Mine is N4. I'm part Native American and a bunch of other ethnic groups, so been hard being mixed race to have my olive neutral skin tone represented in the game. Why I have really wanted other Simmers represented in the game too both with skin tones and makeup.

I have friends with C7, N9, W9, and N11.

I’m glad the skin tones are being addressed. Can we please also get some light tones that aren’t yellow though. I’m super pale with pink undertones and all the current options are either too tan or too yellow.

Bummer. I hope that your skin tone gets represented too. :) I do agree even with makeup it can be hard to get a match and feel represented both in the game and outside it.
