Sims 2 Super Collection Corruption Fix

I recently found out the Ottamas family corrupts your game in the sims two I wanted to see the ottoman twins broken face template and aged the babies up ended up corrupting the game and got an error code so now I'm trying to figure out how to reset my neighborhoods to get a vanilla game to fix the corruption but I don't know how and I don't know if thats enough to fix the game do i need to uninstall and reinstall it or can I just reset the neighborhoods? And If so How? P.s. I got the sims 2 super collection off of my Mac store so I don't know if the neighborhood file is different

    @redrosefairy1234 Ottomas family in Super Collection should be fine, since it only has a chance to corrupt (the corruption in question is Ottomas twins having a random father) in an unpatched version of Seasons.

    However, if you want to reset your neighborhood, here are the steps to do it.

    @redrosefairy1234  If you want to keep your other saved games and CC or mods, drag your Sims 2 folder to your desktop to save them. Do not copy and paste or create a shortcut. That will reset your game to a vanilla state. You can fix the Ottomas family using Sim Blender to reset the father if the game assigns some random sim.
