Sims Medieval and Windows 10

Hi, I have disk versions of both Sims Medieval and its expansion and both were purchased at release. The game runs on my Windows 7 desktop but I tried installing them on my new Windows 10 laptop and ...

So @aws200 I have to rebuy it on Steam for my Windows 10 laptop? I was afraid of that, thanks.

There's a note on the Steam site -
This game only works with Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7, with the latest Service Pack
