Sims medieval wont download
Every time i try to download sims medieval it says “Error package was not installed properly” i’ve tried clearing the ea app cache but it still won’t work. I don’t know if i’m just stupid or not lol ...

Community ManagerThanks for those details! Let's give these steps a try to clear this up:
- Open Windows Settings > Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, click each 2010 version and uninstall it. Don't touch the other versions
- Download fresh copies from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26999
- You need both x86 and x64, but skip ia64 which is for servers
- Restart the computer
- Try again to install the game
- If it doesn't work, repeat the process but with the 2005 runtime (x86 only, and it doesn't say x86 but is correct as long as it does NOT say x64) https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=26347
Hi i tried doing the first solution and it didn’t work i also tried the second one but it didn’t work either i was wondering if there’s any other options or if the games a lost cause haha sorry for the late reply
