The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection still can't connect to servers -- 2 days later.

Have you spoke to an EA Game Advisor. If not you could  try and do that.

I want to, unfortunately I live in the middle of nowhere, so my chances of holding the call are very slim. Might just give it a shot anyways. I can play on my Windows 8 laptop, but my main laptop is the one that won't play the game. Just frustrated that there's some unseen force blocking my game.

I found the right link. It seems that live chats are unavailable, and only phone calls are available. However, phone call wait times are over 2 hours, so I'm not going to bother tonight. Thanks, though.

Also I have this problem. Already disabled firewalls, antivirus and everything you coulddisable and keep getting the connection failure warning. My internet is fine. No pointgiving free games with bugs, blargh.

I have the same issue... I was so excited this morning to come and play after so many hours downloading it, and now this....... Please someone help us!!!

No, I get a message saying 'Important Message! There is a problem connecting to the server' etc. It only happens on one of my computers, and I can't find any difference between my computers aside from the operating systems.
