If you're talking about Sims 4, I have to say I don't think the number of days in aging you're calling for is enough for the babies, toddlers and child Sims to score the milestones affiliated with those brackets. I play on Long, for instance, which gives just enough time for the infant milestones to be accrued enough to earn the Top-Notch Infant. And there's a new milestone added with the patch, may be more, but as of yet, the twin infants in my game have only managed one I didn't expect. It is rather specific, which is how I know it came from a recent patch.
You're right. Hope to either increase the number of days or make time pass slower than it is now.
