Billing Method Declined
Hey, I’ve been trying to purchase simolions from the store but after processing it declines? I have enough money in my account (I’ve refreshed and triple checked) and my card details are correct because I’ve used the same card every other purchase. Why is it doing this?
• I’ve tried refreshing the game (open/close app)
• I’ve tried saving my data to icloud
• I’ve tried updating my details, it declines even with the right card information
Not sure what else to try so it completes my purchase
