BOOK OF SPELLS QUEST MAGIC WAND PODIUM MISSING

Im stuck in the book of spells the magic wand podium was been missing i been playing this 3years it was never been like this.. That after the tast do to a quest it was been missing.. I tried to retire my old account but i cant retrieve it anymore now i begin again so many problems. Aside from the game crash after i open the game and running man sim now the quest the magic wand podium is missing 😔

you are showing&nbsp; screen captures of the shop

have you looked in the inventory as the final screen capture is saying?

I have the same issue. I can't find it in my inventory or Hobby's tab or from the sorcerer store.
