BUG/ERROR WHEN TRYING TO DEMOLISH HOUSES

Question

It's been a few months since I noticed a bug in a batch. When trying to delete, a message appeared stating that it was not possible to demolish the house while there were sims and animals inside it, even though it was empty/without residents. Initially I thought I might have taken an animal to another lot and then moved the family home without bringing it back. I even deleted all the animals from the game, but it still didn't help. I ended up giving up and following the game. However, this happened in 3 other houses. I now have a total of 4 lots that I cannot demolish. Whenever I want to build another house, I have to sell everything on the lot and create a new house on those lots. I can no longer demolish and put a ready-made house in its place.I'll leave some prints so you can see more or less what happens. The message will appear in Portuguese because I'm from Brazil, but I've already left what's written here in the text.Is anyone else going through this? Or does anyone know how to solve it?

I am having the same problem, I cannot demolish a lot because apparently there’s sims or animals there ( there are none there!) it’s just an unstable lothas anyone fixed it yet please? Can’t attach pictures, files too large.
