Try to cancel the purchase via app store or Google Play or Amazon - whichever you used, you normally have at least 24 hrs to regret a purchase
What happens when you hit the 3 dots on the green button, "i" and "restore purchase"? Have you tried that?
Going via support is usually not helpful, contacting them is tricky as not all browsers will allow you to log in

I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)
