Corrupted Game

Good Day, EA!

Can you help me fix my sims freeplay game? Last week when i opened the game app, my game becomes supper laggy to the point that i can no longer play with it. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but nothing changed.

I thought that it was normal and will go back no normal after a week because the new update will be released on january 20, 2026 so i didn't play the game for a whole week. I already checked my device's storage and it was not full. 

Then today when i opened the app after I updated it, it's still the same. I can't play the game anymore because it was so corrupted and laggy to the point i cant click any buttons on the game anymore. 

I tried logging the game to another device. And it's still the same. I need urgent help with this. I can send you the video proof but the video is too large it wont even send even when i trimmed the video evidence.
