Fire monkeys no longer will help solve sims FP crash problem

  Just an FYI my Sims FreePlay crashed with the newest update on my iPad mini I  Open the ticket hoping to solve the problem,  you were having a conversation,  but now they told me that they are no longer helping .  I can’t open my game I’ve lost 7+ years of progress and there’s no way to get it back because there’s no help.
