Ghost of Christmas presents day 9 no option to call pi on phone

I am on day 9 of Ghost of Christmas presents where I’m supposed to call a PI on a phone. I have tried every phone in my world and none of them have the option. I logged out and back in, checked for updates but I’m still having the problem. There is no skip option like other tasks and I don’t want to run out of time and miss getting the plumbers house template.

are you using an adult sim?

if yes and there is no option on the phone, contact support
