Glitching/Freezing since update

Question

The game is super glitchy now. It freezes moving houses/building or from sim to sim. As well as collecting prizes/hobbies. Collecting veggies/fruits at the market takes forever. I am unable to go to neighbors for social tasks. If I try to return the game completely locks up. I have had to delete and redownload 4 times since the update. It is making it incredibly difficult to play the game.&nbsp;

For me it started like this but now the game just shuts off in between and when I tried to open it back up again all the tasks had been broken off, yet the time still passed, leaving me unable to complete the live event or the development tasks in time. Now the game won’t open at all.&nbsp;
