I accidentally cancelled the “Have baby play with food” task and now I can’t complete the quest. I have been able to age my baby so it’s now a toddler, but with the quest incomplete I can’t move onto other things. Help!
I tried performing the action again, but it wouldn’t work. I even tried to make baby food again but the option wasn’t there anymore.
Update: I contacted IT support and they’ve completed the quest for me. Hooray!
You need to create another infant/baby to be able to complete the quest
IIRC you need an adult to supervise the baby while it is playing
Do you have and adult free in the same house?
Yes I have a free adult. I can put the infant in the highchair, but the option for it to play with its food no longer appears. I can get the sim adult to feed it, but that doesn’t work. I’ve tried to make the baby food again as that was the task before it, but that’s not an option anymore either. Very frustrating.
Update: I contacted IT support and they’ve completed the quest for me. Hooray!
