my crystal ball crashed.
I can't complete the 2nd task.
I have 22 hours only....
what am i supposed to do?
I left a request for helping me and fixing this to technical support team 5 days ago, but they didn't answer the request.

I also did not find him in his home (where he was expected to be) and asked support team for help. I still got no answer, but found the wizard by coincidence at a sim's home so I was able to complete the quest finally. Sadly that was days later, so I didn't get the wizards cottage. My potion-brewing hobby now seems to either have a bug, I always get one of only the same two potions, and my brewing set only gives one option for doing the hobby, someone told me there are three options?!
