Since the new update, I can no longer plant anything at home lots, tasks are cancelling themselves when we're half way through, and I can't get to other tasks saying something is in the way when there is clearly not. I've reported this through the EA chat but, they have just told me to report it on here, and if it's happening to others who report it then they will look into it to fix it. So frustrating.

The latest updates have made the game so slow and laggy it's pretty much unplayable now. I've tried 3 different devices (one is brand new) and it's the same on all of them - slow to load and clicking on any single action causes it to freeze for several seconds at a time. It also causes any other apps running on the same device to shutdown!
I don't like the new market as you have to tend the veg plots there constantly to make any significant amount of money, and that's going to get boring fast. I remain unconvinced that this is better for earning simoleons than the old gardening option. Saying this turns SFP into a farming game is spot on!
Sending a SIM to another town causes the whole game to go into meltdown, so it's now not possible to gain SPs. Last week the game crashed when I tried to retrieve a SIM from another town and just wouldn't reload. I had to delete and reinstall, but because you can't cloud save when a SIM is out of town I lost everything I'd done that day - most annoyingly that had been the final day of a 9 day pregnancy event, so I missed out on the 'golden' child bonus.
I'm now only doing the current Quaint Kitchen challenge. I usually have no problem finishing craft tasks, but don't know if that'll be the case this time. All other tasks, quests, hobbies, etc, I'm pausing until EA FIX THE **bleep** GLITCHES!

There are lots of farming games. Who's bright idea was the market?!!
EA have completely nerfed SFP and I don't see any indicator that they are acknowledging the recent massive influx of bugs after the last update. I think they will only take it seriously when players drop out of the game, but the problem is, because the time players invest is so huge, even if they fix all the issues of lagging, crashing and hanging, they won't be able to get those players back. If EA don't respond to this and fix these errors quickly, pretty soon it'll be the end of the game. And maybe, that's what EA wants. 🤷♂️
I've also been having this issue. It says unoccupied Sims are busy when they aren't, randomly cancels tasks, insists something is in the way .
You have to go to the new market, pay to unlock lots and sell goods. I dislike it immensely.
